Paani Doctor ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Paani Doctor mobile application (the "Service").

Dr Paani (Paani Doctor) respects your privacy and provides users with a way to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
You can request deletion of your Dr Paani account using either of the following methods:
If you cannot access the application, you can request account deletion by emailing enpho@enpho.org. Use the subject line "Dr Paani Account Deletion Request" and provide your registered mobile number so we can verify your identity.
Please do not send your passcode or password by email. We may request additional information through a secure verification process if necessary.
Once your account deletion request has been verified and processed, we will delete your account and associated personal data that is no longer required, including applicable account details and contact information.
Certain information may be retained where necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect against fraud and security risks. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and kept only for the applicable retention period. When it is no longer required, it will be securely deleted.
